Peak

Are you a morning person?

A common question that others may ask when they want to get to know you better. Is a question when is your peak? The time of the day when you are the strongest with the capability and capacity to perform your best.

I am a morning person and I like to get the most important things done before lunchtime. This means, answering all those emails, tasks to clear, and calls to make. Some will clear their exercise, to-do lists, emails, business reading, and planning for what to do for the rest of the day.

But I am not one of those who wakes up at 5 am, writes in a journal, thank God for the food, meditate, and do yoga. I have kids to talk to, send them to school and then start my day at 8 am instead.

But not all folks are the early risers that peak in the morning, some prefer the night when it is quieter and little distractions too. Others will put the kids to bed and then with a glass of wine, and smooth music powering up their tablets at 1 am, the best time of the day to do work, thinking, and strategy planning too.

Quickly identify what works for you, AM or PM, and tap on this to perform! Your business needs you to put in more than 8 hours, take more risks, and make decisive, strategic decisions. Therefore it is all the more important to know your best timing to execute the best quality of work to the business.
