New Year Resolutions
A lot of people are full of hope when the new year comes and with that, some will load themselves resolution of the things that they wanna achieve.
Be healthier, wake up earlier, run a few more miles, lose weight, smoke lesser, work harder, etc.
But behind that motivation will be the drive, and that means one has to be self-discipline to make it all happen. All you need to do is to look at your last year's resolution and a check in the box of how many had you truly completed? Likely for the first 100 days you tried and then everything goes downhill from there.
How about starting off by being self-discipline first and to make baby steps toward that new year resolution?
