How To Pitch Under 2.5 mins

A. Start with a Hook (15-20 seconds)
- Grab Attention: Begin with a surprising fact, a question, or a bold statement.
- Example: "Did you know that 90% of startups fail within the first year? What if we could change that?"

B. Present the Problem (20-30 seconds)
- Identify the Pain Point: Clearly state the problem your product or service addresses.
- Example: "Small businesses struggle with managing their finances efficiently, leading to cash flow issues and eventual failure."

C. Introduce Your Solution (30-40 seconds)
- Explain Your Product/Service: Describe how your solution effectively addresses the problem.
- Example: "Our app automates financial management for small businesses, providing real-time insights and alerts to prevent cash flow problems."

D. Highlight the Market Opportunity (20-30 seconds)
- Show Potential: Briefly mention the market size and your target audience.
- Example: "With over 30 million small businesses in the US alone, the market potential is enormous."

E. Showcase Your Team (15-20 seconds)
- Build Credibility: Highlight key team members and their relevant experience.
- Example: "Our team includes a former CFO of a Fortune 500 company and a tech lead with over 10 years of experience in app development."

F. Call to Action (15-20 seconds)
- End with a Clear Ask: Specify what you need from your audience, whether it's funding, partnerships, or feedback.
- Example: "We are seeking $500,000 in seed funding to scale our operations and reach more small businesses. Join us in revolutionizing financial management for small businesses."

Tips:

Smile a lot, be polite but firmed to ensure that the information is sent across during the pitch.

Prepare a set of FAQs that others may ask and answer truthfully

Any questions that you are not able to answer, apologize but be sure to get back to them asap too.
