Get an in-depth understanding of this person from the people that they worked with before. This is especially those who are today Guru of Fintech, Expert of Agritech, the Genius of A.I in whatever titles that they may be when hired.
From experience, stay away from such people becos the last thing you want is a fashionable hire that can be anything that he wants to suit him and not your business.
