Employer Vs Employees

It is understandable that staffs are concerned about going back to the office to work for fear of infection. While work from home had been around for almost 2 years, some work simply need us to be there physically.

If you as an employee is uncomfortable with such an arrangement, discuss with your HR if you can continue to work from home. If is not possible, you have 2 choices:

- Quit and look for another job
or
- A hybrid model where you work at home and office on different dates

If you are an employer, don't announce your plan and expect everyone to accept. Prep everyone with a timeline and what to expect. If it is a complete physical presence or hybrid.

Have a online community where staff can chill out and chat informally, where that similar bonding can be built on it too.

Ensure that there are fair ratings of both on/offline employees where it should be based on performance and not because of their presence or absence.
