Never believe that the bank will be there for you when you need a loan. Never.

Banks run a lot of marketing about helping business man, entrepreneurs, your friendly partners but in reality, the approval process will push you from one department to another with super long wait.

And if one day you found yourself pre-approved by any of the banks, find out why. Is never a straightforward deal where they are there with the largest umbrella for you. Ask them why are they offering to you, check with your peers.
